  • What’s in the box?

    You’ll receive 8-12 healthy items (snacks, skincare & lifestyle items) and a mix of samples and full-size products in every box. The box is valued of $35-$75. The box has a mix of healthy products (can also contain vegan products).

  • What is the cut-off date for buying this season's box?

    Fall Box: August - September - October (must order before November 1st)

    Winter Box: November - December - January (must order before February 1st)

    Spring Box: February - March - April (must order before May 1st)

    Summer Box: May - June - July (must order before August 1st)

  • Where can I order more of the products from my Little Life Box?

    Take a look at our Past Boxes page for more information on the producers, the products and where they can be purchased.

  • Will I be getting any of the same products if I buy multiple months?

    We guarantee that you will never receive the same product sample twice within a 1 year period, although in some cases you may receive a different flavour/variation.

  • I haven't received my Little Life Box yet!

    You can check yourself using the tracking number sent to you by email or you can contact us at support@littlelifebox.com and we will be happy to help you out.

  • Can I buy just one box?

    Yes, we have a trial box! However, the best option is the Quarterly Subscription because you can cancel or skip boxes anytime.

  • When will I be billed?

    Quarterly Subscription: Once every 3 months. So if you purchased on September 3rd, your next payment will go through on December 3rd.

    1 Year: This is a prepaid option, so you only pay once and this subscription won't auto-renew by itself.

    Trial: You only pay once and that's it!

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    The 1 Year Subscription can be cancelled during the first month by sending us an email at support@littlelifebox.com. However, once the first month has passed this subscription is non-refundable . If you cancel your box after a payment has gone through, you will still receive that box, but the cancellation will start the following month. Example: Your quarterly payment went through on November 5th for the Winter box. You then cancelled your subscription on November 30th. You will still receive the Winter box because the payment went through, but you will no longer be billed moving forward.

  • How do I cancel my quarterly subscription?

    Although we doubt you would ever want to, when you originally signed up for your  Little Life Box subscription, you were sent a confirmation e-mail containing a link where you could go to cancel/manage your subscription. You can of course also e-mail us at support@littlelifebox.com at anytime and we'll be happy to help but very sad to see you go.

  • When will I get my box? 

    The first box will be shipped out within 2 weeks of your purchase and then every 3 months after that.

  • How long will it take to get my Little Life Box?

    Average shipping time with FedEx SmartPost is 5-6 business days.

  • What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address by mistake and my box was sent back to you?

    It will be the customers responsibility for the freight charges incurred to get the box shipped back.

  • How do I change the shipping address on my order?

    Our system allows you to manage your own subscriptions, but if you need to change the address on your order please contact us at support@littlelifebox.com to make sure that the change has been made properly. We have a tricky system with recurring orders that requires the change be made in multiple areas. Let us help you.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returned boxes. If a box is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs both ways. If you have any problems please e-mail us at support@littlelifebox.com.

  • My box was returned to you. How can I get it shipped back?

    Please contact us at support@littlelifebox.com so we can look into this. If the box was shipped back to us because you didn't go pick it up at the post office or because it was refused at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping fees for us to send it back to you.

  • My tracking number says that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

    Please contact us at support@littlelifebox.com so we can figure out what happened.

  • I have an allergy or intolerance, is Little Life Box good for me?

    Our boxes include a variety of healthy items that can be any or all of the following: gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, vegan, no preservatives, eco-friendly, raw, cruelty free, paraben-free or fairtrade. Unfortunately, we are unable to customize your boxes.

  • How do I use a promo code?

    Enter the promo code in the discount code section during the checkout process after entering your payment info. If you're having trouble, please email us at support@littlelifebox.com.

  • I processed my order, but didn't apply my promo code. Can you apply it for me?

    Unfortunately we can't apply promo codes once the payment has gone through. If you're having trouble applying your promo code please email us at support@littlelifebox.com before the payment goes through.
